Important Submission Guidelines

Authors are invited to submit original contribution, Review paper and unpublished manuscripts of up to 8-16 pages following the official conference template. Papers must not be under review or accepted elsewhere.

Full Paper must adhere to the (EPJ Word Template or EPJ Latex Templateincluding figures, tables, and references. Papers must be submitted as Word or PDF files through the submission system.

***Author Guidelines – JIAMA26***

- The article must strictly correspond to one of the conference scops. Submissions outside the conference scope will be declined.

- Similarity check using iThenticate (max 15% (without references) overall similarity, 5% from a single source).

- Authors must not use AI or AI-assisted tools (such as ChatGPT) to write the paper. 

- Double-blind peer review by 2–3 program committee members.

- Evaluation based on originality, technical quality, clarity and impact.

- Each article must include a minimum of 15  recent references.

- Each author can only be listed on up to 2 articles in the same issue regardless of his/her position in the list.

- All references must be cited in the text by placing sequential numbers in brackets (for example, [1], [2, 5, 7], [8-10]). They must be numbered in the reference list in the order in which they are mentioned in the text.

- Excessive citation of one journal or one author or one paper is discouraged.

* Citation integrity and relevance:

   - Avoid excessive self-citation or over-referencing the same authors or publications. 

   - All references must include the full title of the cited articles.

   - The DOI number of each referenced article must be provided.

Any revised article exceeding this limit will be rejected by the JIAMA26 committee
